In 2 Cor 6:1-10 it describes various hardships or challenges met with breakthroughs in spite of them. The church for many has been a place of difficulties, but through it all, by His Spirit, we overcome and move forward. In Isaiah 43:18-19 the Lord commands, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”. Letting go of the past requires forgiveness and the power of His Spirit who dwells in us to help us. I go into depth on the topic in my sermon given June 28, 2025 where you can listen to the audio here:
Whispers Of Love
In moving on from the former things, old wine skins and previous challenges, I believe the Lord is cleaning house and moving us forward. The house is being swept and renewed back to pure love, pure motives, pure joy, selfless acts, generosity and releasing His presence on Earth as it is in heaven.
 
In the coming great move of His Spirit we will be Fathers and Mothers bringing guidance and direction to define and refine His purposes. The fruits of the Spirit will define this coming generation of His great move. We will be as it were Apostles bringing vision, truth, light and establishing His order. Many of us are being groomed as Apostles, good shepherds and His voice to lay down a foundation as it was meant to be as described in Ephesians 4:12-15, “…to equip His people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ.” I believe that what we going through now as a result of His work in our lives is described here in Ephesians 4:23-24, “…to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.”

Welsh Revival (1904-05) Less than 20 people (17 people) gathered at Moriah Chapel October 31, 1904 when Evan Roberts preached. All present gave their lives to Christ. When these 17 people came to Christ, Roberts knew that the revival he had been praying his whole life for had come. In less than six months, over 100,000 people got saved and the entire nation was radically transformed. This later became known as the Welsh Revival and released impartation for the Azusa Street Revival. 2 Corinthians 3:7-12 in The Passion declares, “Even the ministry that was characterized by chiseled letters on stone tablets came with a dazzling measure of glory, though it produced death. The Israelites couldn’t bear to gaze on the glowing face of Moses because of the radiant splendor shining from his countenance — a glory destined to fade away. Yet how much more radiant is the new and glorious ministry of the Spirit that shines from us!
